These are terms for our website and inquiries. Specific project rights, payments, and obligations belong in a separately agreed written proposal or contract.
Using this website
Welcome to saintsvision.ca, the website for Saints Vision, an Edmonton-based creative and digital marketing studio. By visiting this website you agree to use it lawfully, respect the rights of others, and avoid attempts to compromise its security or availability.
These Terms govern the public website and inquiry process. They do not replace a specific signed client services agreement, statement of work, proposal accepted in writing, or applicable consumer protections.
Service information and quotes
The website describes services including brand strategy, photography and video, social media, marketing campaigns, and website work. Descriptions, examples, turnaround times, and starting prices are informational and may change. They are not an offer to perform unlimited work at a listed price.
Sending a form, requesting a quote, or booking an initial conversation does not create a client relationship or obligation to begin work. Projects begin only when the parties confirm scope and commercial terms in writing.
Projects and deliverables
For paid work, the applicable proposal or agreement should set out deliverables, schedule, approval points, revision rounds, responsibilities, file formats, payment dates, and any third-party expenses. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require an updated quote or written change approval.
Clients are responsible for supplying materials they are authorized to use and for obtaining any necessary approvals, permissions, talent releases, licenses, and access credentials that the project requires, unless the written agreement assigns those responsibilities differently.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Deposits, milestone payments, recurring retainers, taxes, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, cancellation notice, and any refunds are governed by the written terms accepted for the particular project. There is no automatic refund, cancellation period, or deposit rule established by this public website alone.
Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply. If you have a question about an existing project, contact the studio and refer to your agreement or invoice.
Creative work and intellectual property
Website design, text, branding, graphics, and original content presented as Saints Vision work are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, subject to third-party and client rights. You may view and share links for ordinary informational purposes but may not copy, resell, or republish substantial materials without permission.
Copyright ownership, licensing, usage rights, raw files, portfolio display rights, and transfer of final client deliverables depend on the specific written project agreement. Client names, brands, and trademarks shown in portfolio examples remain the property of their respective owners.
Marketing performance and third parties
Marketing and search results depend on platforms, budgets, market conditions, audience behaviour, and other factors outside our control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Saints Vision does not guarantee specific Google rankings, leads, revenue, reach, follower counts, or advertising outcomes.
Links to external tools, social platforms, and client websites are provided for convenience. Saints Vision does not control third-party websites or their current availability, features, policies, or terms.
Website accuracy and liability
We aim to maintain accurate and useful website information, but public content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability for a paid engagement must be reviewed in the separate client agreement.
Your information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.

These website Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to a visitor. If you have questions or see a problem with website content, contact [email protected] or call 780-200-4214.
